What clients say

Three years with Tala Books and not one late filing. The summary they send each month is plain enough for me to read.

Questions

Common questions

Still unsure about something? Send us a message and Liza or Joy will answer within open hours.

Do I need to visit the office?

No. Most clients send their files by email or a shared folder. You are welcome to visit if you would rather sit down with us.

What should I bring to the free consult?

Your Certificate of Registration (BIR Form 2303), your last filed returns, a recent bank statement, and a rough idea of your monthly sales. Notes are fine.

I am behind on my filings. Can you help?

Yes. We list what is missing, work out the penalties, and agree on a catch-up price before we start. Then we keep you current.

How do your fees work?

A fixed monthly fee for bookkeeping, filing and payroll, agreed in writing. One-time work has its own price. Your taxes are paid by you, straight to BIR.

Can you take over from my old bookkeeper?

Yes. We start from your last filed return, check the books, and take over before your next due date.

How do I pay you?

By bank transfer or GCash, once a month. You get an invoice for every payment.
