How our prices work

One fixed price, in writing, before we start

  • No setup fee

Your first month costs the same as every month after it.

  • Your taxes go straight to BIR

You pay BIR from your own account. Your tax money never passes through us.

  • Changes are agreed first

If your business grows, you hear the new price before the month starts.

Bookkeeping

from ₱3,000 a month

For up to 100 transactions a month. Busier months are quoted at the consult.

Every sale, expense and bank movement recorded each month, in books kept the way BIR requires.

What is included

  • Sales, expenses and bank activity recorded every month
  • Your books of accounts kept up to date
  • A one-page summary of your month by the 15th
  • A shared folder for your receipts and statements

Dates it keeps: your month closed by the 7th, ahead of the BIR dates on the 10th and the 25th.

The team

Who handles your file

Four people in one office on J.P. Laurel Highway. You will know each of them by name.

  • Liza Santos, CPA

    Founder

Liza opened Tala Books in 2016 after nine years at an audit firm. She leads every free consult and reviews each return before it is filed.

  • Paolo Reyes

    Bookkeeping lead

Paolo keeps the monthly books for most of our clients and writes the summary you get by the 15th. A box of receipts does not scare him.

  • Joy Mendoza

    Tax and permits

Joy handles BIR registration, returns and permit renewals. She knows the city's permit checklist by heart and will tell you what to bring.

  • Carlo Dizon

    Payroll

Carlo runs payslips, SSS, PhilHealth and Pag-IBIG, and the year-end payroll reports, so your staff are paid right and on time.
